2.

Making A Purchase

 

Making a purchase couldn't be easier.

 

Simply browse our website and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket using either the "Add to Basket" or "Buy" buttons.

 

You can update quantities in your shopping basket by changing the quantity (next to the item you want to update) and then click the "Update Basket" button.

 

When you have finished shopping, click on the "Continue" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order.
 

 
Can I use an alternative delivery address?
 
During the checkout process you will be asked for your billing address and given the option to have your order sent to a different address.

Payments

 

After completing your delivery details, you will be transferred to PayPal where your payment can be processed securely.
 
With PayPal you have 2 options for making payment:

 

(1)  If you have already have a PayPal Account, enter your login information and submit your payment as normal.

 

(2)  If you don't have a PayPal Account you can make payment securely using your credit / debit card by clicking on the "Continue" link (see illustration below).

 

 

 

 

You will then be transferred to the secure payment page where you can input your payment details (see below).

 

 

 

 

How do I know my payment is being processed securely?
 

The link in the navigation bar will read https:// and the s stands for secure meaning the page you are viewing is encrypted.
Also you will see a padlock symbol at the end of the navigation bar (Internet Explorer - shown above) or in the bottom right hand corner (Firefox).

 

 

If for any reason you would rather pay over the phone by credit / debit card, then you are welcome to call us, on the number found on our Contact Us page, where we will be happy to process your payment.

Overseas Orders, VAT & Import Duties
 

All orders are inclusive of VAT (at the current rate).
 
All prices stated are in Pounds Sterling (£).

 

For exports to countries outside the EU, you may be required to pay import duties by your government.

You will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.

Delivery Schedule
 

Listed below is a breakdown of the services we use and the time it should take to arrive.
 
Royal Mail First Class:
3-4 working days, although normally delivered on the next working day.
 
Royal Mail Standard Parcels:
3-5 working days.
 
FedEx Next Working Day:
99% of the time these deliveries will arrive on the next working day but due to unforseen circumstances (accidents, breakdowns, etc) this is not guaranteed.
A signature is required for this service, so we would recommend choosing a delivery address where there will be someone available to receive the delivery (work, neighbour, family member).
 
AirMail (Europe):
3-5 working days.
 
AirMail (Rest of the World):
5-7 working days.

Back Orders
 

If your item is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know when we expect stock to arrive.
You will have the option to put the item on back order or to cancel it if you would rather not wait.

Missing or Damaged Delivery
 

If your order has been damaged in transit, please Contact Us within 24 hours so we can claim from the courier.

We may need proof of the damage either by the item being returned to us, or in some cases, a photo sent via email.

We will advise you on the best course of action.  Once we have verified the damage we can then rectify the situation.

 

If your order has not arrived within the expected timescale, please Contact Us and we will investigate the matter and advise you further.

We guarantee your satisfaction.  We offer a 28 day no quibble guarantee.

Returns Policy
 

Under distance selling regulations you may cancel your order by returning any item up to 7 days from the day after delivery.  However, we have extended this for your convenience so any item may be returned for any reason within 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs), as long as it remains unused and in as new condition with all packaging and labels intact.

 

All goods should be returned to us via an insured, traceable service to the address found on our Contact Us page.
 

Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of goods is due to an error made by us.  If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.

 

When returning an item:
»  Ensure the item is in the same condition you would expect to receive an 'as new product'
    with all labels and original packaging still intact.

»  Enclose a copy of the delivery note with a brief message explaining the reason for the
    return.

»  Make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
